Terms & Conditions

By using SkoolMeal or ordering meals through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Your account

• Provide accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Don't misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.

Orders & payments

• All charges are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• We accept UPI, cards and net banking through our payment gateway.
• For subscriptions, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel the plan.
• We may correct pricing errors and refuse or limit any order at our discretion.

Cancellations & refunds

• You can cancel a subscription at any time; a pro-rated refund applies for undelivered meals.
• Refunds are also considered for duplicate payments, debited-but-failed transactions, or where we are unable to deliver.
• Raise a refund request within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less any applicable gateway/bank charges.

Intellectual property

All content on SkoolMeal — text, graphics, logos and code — is the property of Infipot Services Pvt Ltd and protected by law. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial use only, and may not copy, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the meals in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
